EBHC was created to fill a gap in Edmonton's adult ball hockey scene by building a dedicated city championship where the best teams compete for something that matters.

City Champion Titles

Championship titles awarded in every division. This is the only tournament in Edmonton built specifically to crown city champions in adult ball hockey.

Elite Competition

Three divisions of structured, competitive play to ensure balanced matchups and competitive games throughout the tournament.

Structured Tournament Format

Full round-robin seeding followed by structured playoffs ensures every team earns their path to the final.

Venue

Servus Credit Union Place, St. Albert. Just outside Edmonton's northwest edge.

When

August 7–9, 2026. Three full days of championship ball hockey.

Three Divisions

Compete in your skill tier. Division A (Tier 1–2), Division B (Tier 3–4), Division C (Tier 5-6). City Champion titles in each.

Round-Robin + Playoffs

Full round-robin seeding into structured playoffs. Minimum 4-game guarantee for every team.

Championship Awards

Division champion titles and championship hardware for the winners.

Certified Officials

Professional certified referees and timekeepers for every game. No exceptions.

How Registration Works

Registration opens April 18 at 12:00 PM MST on a first-come, first-served basis. Pay a $300 deposit to lock in your team. The remaining $700 balance is due by July 1, 2026. Final rosters are due July 18.

E-Transfer payments to payments@shinnyofchampions.com. Credit card payments include a 3.4% + $0.30 processing fee. Cash payments available by arrangement — contact us to set up.

The tournament is capped at 20 teams across three divisions. Once spots are filled, registration closes regardless of the deadline date. First-come, first-served.
